Steps to disable Picture Stabilization
-> Open the camera app.
-> Select the Tap option.
-> Turn off Picture Stabilization mode
-> Select the Tap option.

By turning off this mode most of the issues with slow performance should be eliminated but if you intend to click pictures during night you may turn on this mode but always remember to turn it off once you are done clicking pictures.
