- Chris Symons I went to Telstra city office to get some info regarding my Samsung 4g...re the dropping out of the FM radio app.....their response was for Me to pay $28 for a lesson on how to use the phone ....I was flabbergasted....

It is pushed as a technical service, but they deal with everything. Total rip off, but when you are stuck and sick of talking to people with a script and not great English it is an option.

Does one need a landline for ADSL? Along with my mobile which I hardly use for speaking anymore cause its all about text and Facebook. My phone bills are killing me.
